Comics Theme for Windows 7 and Windows 8, by Marius Paraschiv
There are two theme files provided:
Theme_by_BEYOND_FANTASY.themepack - works in Windows 7
Theme_by_BEYOND_FANTASY.deskthemepack - works only in Windows 8
The pictures includes in both themes are the same.
