Theme for Windows 7 and Windows 8 featuring works by Georgian Constantin
There are two theme files provided:
Theme_by_Georgian_Constantin.themepack - works in Windows 7
Theme_by_Georgian_Constantin.deskthemepack - works only in Windows 8
The pictures includes in both themes are the same.
