In the absence of anxiety EP
Released in December 2006, a follow on to 'The Chaos EP' which received good reviews in UK press and radio plays worldwide. Recorded and mixed alone in a small, self built studio, inspired by the great lone songwriter/producers; Mark Oliver Everett (Eels), Jason Lyttle (Grandaddy), Beck and Brian Wilson. Nick wrote, recorded, sang, played all instruments and wore the producer’s hat. The music ranges from angular, upbeat, guitar-driven songs to dark, down-tempo soundscapes underpinned by broken beats and miscellaneous noises. Again, the EP was released online to good reviews.
