There's a total of 20 tracks due to the way IPip works and those 6 other tracks are 1 seconds of silence. You'll barely notice these 6 tracks of silence when your out exploring or fighting. I've also tried to lower the quality somewhat to save on load times for players with slower machines. I've tested this on a machine that barely meets minimum specs and one that is way above reccomended specs and it runs fine.
